The theme of this edition will be "Machines".

The main topics will be: collaboration between man and machine, the challenges posed by the advent of artificial intelligence and the changes that this has inevitably brought about in work but also in social relationships.

The numbers speak for themselves: 34 thousand participations in 2001, 206 thousand in 2019!

A great result for a great event of modern communication of knowledge, which spreads philosophy in the squares of the three cities of Emilia. The cultural, social and economic effects are of considerable importance.

This edition will also be live, like all the others, but measures, protocols and devices for the Covid-19 emergency will be adopted, and online booking will be required to participate in the lessons.

This year's theme will be addressed with lectures, exhibitions, installations, meetings, but also through traditional philosophical cuisine. Restaurants and wine bars will offer menus, where tradition is linked to the theme "Machines".
